Divisional Vice President, Consumer Solutions Group, Take Care Health Systems

Heather Helle is divisional vice president for Walgreens/Take Care Health Systems Consumer Solutions Group (CSG), with overall responsibility for the Take Care retail clinic business. In this capacity, she manages strategy and operational execution for the Take Care Clinics, working closely with Walgreens. Prior to joining Walgreens, Helle led the P&L and innovation efforts across a $745 million, multi-brand, Adult Upper Respiratory portfolio at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson. Helle earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
