Margery Geers is the chief people officer for Walgreens Take Care Health Systems, responsible for the development and implementation of human resource strategies, systems and processes to attract, develop, and retain top talent. In this role, Margery supports the organization in striving to be a ‘destination employer’ maintaining its reputation as an ‘employer of choice' for colleagues. Margery has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management across the services, high-tech, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Walgreens, Margery was senior vice president of human resources for ARAMARK Healthcare Management Services, and served as vice president of human resources for SAP America. Margery holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.
