Kim Rhodes
Chief Strategist
Kim Rhodes has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles with major corporations. Kim's accomplishments include evaluation, execution, and implementation of mergers or acquisitions in the technology, parts logistics, and financial services industries and bringing to successful conclusion complex negotiations for the sale or acquisition of business units, products or services with many Fortune 500 corporations. Most recently, Kim was Sr. Vice President & General Counsel to Citigroup subsidiary, Ecount, Inc. and was instrumental in completing the Ecount acquisition by Citigroup in early 2007. Prior to the acquisition, Kim served as a senior corporate officer and General Counsel to this rapidly growing emerging markets technology and financial services business, contributing to doubling revenue each year and guiding the corporation in a complicated, evolving regulatory environment. From 2000 to 2004, Kim was Vice President & General Counsel to Primavera Systems, a global leader in project management software and services; the enterprise software products developed by Primavera are essential to the world's most significant projects including the reconstruction of the Pentagon following 9/11 and the building of the Three Gorges Dam in China. Kim's career also includes strategic leadership roles with SAP, the world renowned leader in ERP software; IBM, a fortune 100 business leader; and the RTC/FDIC within the US Department of the Treasury. Kim earned her JD from the Villanova University School of Law and holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
