Heather R. Helle

As an influential leader, Heather Helle has over a decade of proven results across a range of complex roles in both the consumer products and healthcare industries. Most recently, Heather successfully led the P&L and innovation efforts across a $745 million, multi-brand, Adult Upper Respiratory portfolio at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Inc, a division of Johnson and Johnson. Heather has also held various key positions within McNeil, including the Tylenol Adult & Pediatric Upper Respiratory Franchise and Strategic Marketing. Heather earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. She is recognized for her ability to build high performance teams that consistently deliver business results.
