Our Quality Scores
As part of our quality improvement program, Take Care ClinicSM uses a tool known as HEDIS.
HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) is a set of healthcare
quality standards developed by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
HEDIS is used by hospitals, physician offices and clinics across the country to measure
the quality of care they provide.
We are very proud that the quality of care provided at Take Care Clinics rates
significantly higher than the national average. Viewing our HEDIS scores can help you
feel confident that you will receive an accurate diagnosis and expert care whenever
you visit a Take Care Clinic.
Our Patient Satisfaction Scores
Many healthcare organizations today focus on patient satisfaction to gauge the quality
of their care and patients’ experiences with their company. But research from
Gallup Consulting suggests that patient satisfaction ratings don’t necessarily
tell a complete – or even an accurate – story about the kind of care you will receive
from a healthcare provider.
At Take Care Clinics, we want to provide our patients with an exceptional healthcare
experience – one that goes beyond simply satisfying them to engaging them emotionally.
To understand how well we are accomplishing that goal, we wanted to go a step further
— not just measuring patient satisfaction, but measuring “patient engagement”
— the emotional bond that patients feel with our healthcare providers.
To that end, we have partnered with Gallup Consulting to measure how our patients
feel about the care and service they receive. And while the typical company that
works with Gallup strongly engages fewer than one in four of their patients, Take
Care Clinic strongly engages more than three out of every four patients. These great
results place us in the top 10% of all companies that Gallup has measured since
2003.
Viewing our Gallup patient engagement scores can help assure you of the compassionate,
personalized care you will receive whenever you visit a Take Care Clinic.
